 
 Babysitting - $14/hour for 1-2 children, 4 hour minimum, plus a travel charge between $6 - $10, depending on location. Extra children are $2 per child per hour. We have dependable, mature, insured and bonded sitters (we have been in business for 18 years and are members of the Chamber of Commerce).

- Chef Services - $65/hour for breakfast, lunch or dinner, can also provide the grocery shopping and all clean up. See sample menus.
- Maid Services / Cleaning - for any daily or mid-week clean, along with bed making services ($5/bed) and laundry ($10/load-washing & folding)
- Grocery Delivery - can stock your cottage from your personal grocery list and we do not force customers to buy from our inventory. $70 plus 20% of grocery receipts over $100, travel fee $10.
- Linen Rental - weekly prices:
Twin $8, Double $10, Queen $13, King $14, Bath Mats $2, $5/bed for bed making services. Towels: Bath, hand, and wash cloth $7 · beach towel $5 · minimum charge $75. We deliver and pick up. - Miscellaneous

Load/unload vehicles - call for price.
Personal airport shuttle (Norfolk, Elizabeth City, Pine Island, Manteo) - when you have to know someone dependable will be there. Call for price.
- Pool and Spa Services Let our professional certified technicians take care of your investment and keep it in top operating condition. We provide all chemicals and adjust as needed. We provide filter inspection and cleaning, vacuuming, and inspection of mechanical parts. We may drain and refill spa if needed to balance chemicals. We provide the pool/spa area with a safety check. Our prices include a mid-week clean along with the clean on rental check in day. Call for pricing.
